We would like to welcome you to the St. Paul United Methodist Church website and to our church family.

Our church mission statement: The purpose of St. Paul United Methodist Church is to reach new persons for Christ and develop deeply committed Christians through this faith community.

What an exciting time it is to become involved at St. Paul! As you can see, we have wonderful ministry opportunities on Sunday and throughout your week.

We offer three great worship services – two Traditional services on Sundays. One at  8:30am in the Rowsey Chapel and one at 11:00am in our beautiful gothic cathedral. Wednesdays we have Dinner Church Worship in our Activity Center beginning at 5:30pm. A casual contemporary worship service following a free community meal.

Great teaching and training happen every Wednesday in the EQUIP Children’s Program with school children right after school. There are opportunities in music, art, science and worship. This activity is open for 3 year old children up to 6th grade.

Our choir program is outstanding with our Adult Chancel Choir which sings in both traditional Sunday services. The Youth Choir, for 7-12 grade students, meets on Sunday afternoons before Youth Group. The music program provides wonderful opportunities for development of solos, quartets, bell choirs, instrumentals and liturgical dance.

Our newly renovated youth room has been updated and many new youth are entering our doors and grow in Christ. Activities include: mission outreach, projects, video lessons, outside speakers, and of course, lots of fun games.

Our children’s department is excellent with Rotation Sunday School on Sunday mornings, Children’s Church, Equip for children on Wednesday afternoons, Vacation Bible School and fun activities such as: the Fall Festival, camp, crafts, art, singing and good times.

Our nursery is well supplied with nursery attendants ready to serve your children to help with your every need.

St. Paul is involved in supporting the community in which we live with: Alcoholic Anonymous meetings daily except Sunday, free Community Breakfast once a month, free Wednesday Dinner Church, free Thanksgiving meals each Thanksgiving, weekend food backpacks for children, Bridges out of Poverty program, the Good Shepherd Free Medical Clinic open each week sponsored by our church and St. Joseph Catholic Church, plastic mats made for the homeless, free clothing for our homeless, camp scholarships for those in need, and assistance with fuel and vouchers for our community Food Pantry are given each week.

Missions opportunities are always available here: Volunteers in Mission, Youth Force mission outreach, Random acts of Christmas, flowers to our homebound and those in need.

As you can see, we have a very activity church, yet we still have room for people just like you to join us as we learn about Jesus and grow in our faith walk together.

Welcome my friends. Those brand new to our church receive a special gift just for entering our doors.

We can’t wait to meet you.
