The purpose of St Paul Youth is to build a relational youth ministry. This means we want each youth to have a meaningful relationship not only with other youth, but with adults in the church/youth program so that adults can both model the faith for them and help develop faith in them.  We have a great team of Adult volunteers who are dedicated and caring to building up our youth in the Lord.  St. Paul Youth is for grades 7-12.

We meet weekly on:

Sundays 4:30 pm for lessons and games

Wednesday 5:30 pm (5:30 meal for $6 during Equip)

Sr high Sunday school and jr high Sunday school at 10 am Sundays.

We have monthly fun events and service projects chosen by our Youth Council.  Youth council is made up of delegates from each grade, the president from the senior class, Vice-President, Secretary, District representatives, Game Masters, the youth director, youth coordinator, and several parents.  We attend 2 camps in the summer and have mission trips for grades 7-12.

Subjects we have taught for youth bible studies include “Pursuing Spiritual Authenticity: The Prophets”, “Good Sex” a study on purity, Holy Week teachings of Christ, Apologetics, “Crazy Love”, “Knowledge of the Holy” a study of the person of God, “Covenant”, and more.

Examples of fun events include ice skating, movie nights, Laser Quest Lock-in, True Love Waits Banquet, District Youth Rally’s, Holiday Parties, paintball, rock climbing, girls night, boys night, and swim parties.  Service projects include serving at Gospel Rescue Mission, Community Breakfast, church dinners, helping with large church functions, and Nursing Home gift project for Christmas. The goal of our fun events is that our youth develop relationships with one another and fellowship together.  The purpose of our weekly lessons is to help them learn and develop a deeper faith and our service projects gives them an opportunity to live out their faith.
